Climb Mt Kilimanjaro 2011

Mt. Kilimanjaro ‘The Roof of Africa’ stands at a mighty 5896m. Our challenge takes us along the beautiful Machame Route that approaches Kilimanjaro from the south through dense tropical rainforest and all the way up to the mighty snow capped summit.

On the 26th of June I will be taking part in the Concern Tanzania Challenge 2009. With your support I hope to raise 5000 euro for the challenge.

This is no picnic with the challenge involving trekking for around 5 hours a day.

The proceeds raised will be used to help Concern continue their ongoing work in the country by supporting existing health and livelihood programmes such as food security and water and environmental health.
